Chelsey, our dedicated Coach, has been a valuable member of our team for nearly 3 years. She plays a crucial role in training new cleaning specialists, sharing her expertise, and ensuring they develop the skills needed to excel in their roles. Chelsey’s dedication to building strong relationships with clients and fostering a positive work environment is truly admirable.
When she’s not coaching or mentoring, Chelsey enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and creating a nurturing home for her children. By balancing her professional and personal responsibilities, Chelsey continues to conquer her own world.

Warren, our Founder, has been the driving force behind Scrub Cleaning since 2008. His passion for marketing and his commitment to setting a clear company vision have propelled us to new heights. Warren takes great pride in providing our staff with opportunities for growth and financial security, including our 401K plan with nearly 100% participation. He finds immense joy in knowing that our services not only improve our clients' lives but also contribute to the community through partnerships like Cleaning for a Reason.
When he's not leading our company, Warren enjoys birdwatching, building LEGO creations, staying active with Peloton, and indulging in his culinary passions. A tidy home brings him peace, and he's dedicated to helping others achieve that same sense of tranquility.
